To book your Barclay+ appointment using our online booking portal, please select whether you’d like to book for a hormonal or non-hormonal coil (IUS/IUD) or an implant (NEXPLANON®).

Your appointment will include a consultation with a clinician to determine whether your chosen contraceptive method is medically suitable for you, and – upon confirmation of suitability – the procedure itself will be carried out during the same appointment.

This service is exclusively for patients aged 16 and over who are registered at the practice. If you are not currently registered but live within the areas we cover and feel our services would support your healthcare needs, you are welcome to register with us.

Our Barclay+ service supports patients across a wide range of Glasgow and surrounding postcodes. Coverage includes West and South Glasgow (G20, G22, G23, G3, G4, G12, G15, G16 and G17), parts of the West End (G2), and some areas within G1, G5, G11, G13, G21 and G31. The service also covers G14, G60 and  G81, with expansion currently underway to support additional nearby areas.
